Rules and responsibilities for accessing and using Kirkwoodcourts services.
Kirkwoodcourts provides tennis and padel courts for rent, as well as an online booking system. Services include access to the sports facility according to the schedule displayed on the website and compliance with internal regulations.
The user is required to provide accurate data upon registration and to respect the booking schedule. Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Non-compliance may lead to account suspension.
Kirkwoodcourts is not liable for accidents or material damage occurring on the sports courts, except in cases of proven gross negligence. The condition of the courts is checked periodically, but the user uses the facilities at their own risk.
Under no circumstances shall Kirkwoodcourts be held liable for indirect losses, such as delays or inability to use the services due to causes beyond its control (force majeure, unforeseen technical failures).
These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the services after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Kirkwoodcourts reserves the right to block access to any user who repeatedly violates the regulations or terms of use, without being obliged to refund amounts already paid for the remaining period.
